Job responsibilities:
- Perform routine automotive maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, transmission flushes, air conditioner re-charges, front-end alignments, battery installations and headlight/taillight installations.
- Maintain a working knowledge of current industry best practices in automotive repair.
- Conduct extensive diagnostic procedures to determine the sources of customers' problems and provide accurate repair recommendations.
- Inspect vehicles according to the state's requirements for emissions and safety.
- Conduct necessary repairs and take vehicles for test drives to verify soundness.
- Maintain legible and accurate paperwork for both the customer and for our records.
- Clean and maintain the work environment to ensure equipment longevity and workplace safety.

- Sales representatives spend time with customers to establish their needs and wants
- Sales representatives must be very knowledgeable in the products they represent. Manufacturer training is provided.
- Sales representatives must present and explain quotes for leasing and financing vehicles
- Follow up with all prospects and previous customers are a major part of your responsibilities and the key to success.

The position is essential to dealership operations as it oversees the delivery and organization of vehicles on the lot while maximizing the use of lot space.

- Preparing vehicles to be sold & serviced by washing them, putting down mats and plastic to protect interiors, making key tags and driving vehicles from the service lanes to the service stalls.
- Moving vehicles not currently being serviced and keeping an orderly area so that vehicles can be easily found and moved on our lot.
- Keeping the service drop-off area clean and free of debris.
- Retrieving newly-serviced vehicles for customers.
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- A driver's license, as well as a clean driving record, is necessary for these positions.
- Individuals must be able to operate a manual shift and must be neat and courteous to customers.
- All candidates must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
