We are looking for someone who has great communication skills and who is people-friendly. Setting Appointments, following up with customers, and answering phone calls. We are looking for experience with sales and data entry skills.
Job Responsibilities:
-Answering incoming internet sales leads and phone calls
-Communicate with customers using phone / text / emails
-Ability to follow a phone script, and be able to adapt and overcome objections
-Use customer relationship management tools to effectively track all customer interactions. (CRM knowledge a plus)
-Assist sales and finance team by qualifying customers and gathering required information
-Schedule appointments with interested buyers.
-Contacts customers for retention and loyalty opportunities to upgrade.
-Other duties asked my management.
