My experience with ADOLFO SOLIS Fellah and Gina was great until I noticed my car had dog hair in it when I got home they tried to cover up the smell with air fresheners that's why I didn't smell it when I was driving I had to get it detailed and the detail people showed me the dog hair in the car had more dents than what they told me they had I noticed one dent in the the front passenger side I told them that they need take the price off I would buy it of course they still scamm me and try to up the price in the end I end up paying $25,000 and 700 cash still had to get it detail I noticed there was another dent on the door also my speakers got a crack in them when I called them about the second dent they said you bought the car as is but I said no I only agreed to get the car with the one dent that I knew about also my trunk was give me problems it would not close the sensor is going bad on the trunk and I just got the vehicle be aware of these people they are shady and they try to play games to take your money they gave me a dirty car after I paid $25,000 xand 700 cash and now I got to take my car to them Wednesday with my warranty to get them to to do rest of the work... Darryl was great and informative ! Put me in a 2024 Buick Encore Great person did not try to force me into anything. Let me take my time and answered all my questions never rushed me through anything great experience. even took the time when I bought the car to help me figure out the computers and the radios and everything else that came with it

I ended up not buying the vehicle due to personal reasons. But had the opportunity to work with Jim and also Alex and they went above and beyond for me getting the number I had sought for and also answered all my questions and addressed my concerns I had. Sadly it didn’t work out on my end but I would highly recommend anyone to come here and work with this group as they won’t disappoint!

Dave K was an excellent car salesman—very honest, patient, and truly worked hard to make everything fit within my budget. He didn’t pressure me and was upfront throughout the entire process, which I really appreciated. Gina in financing was also great and helped close the deal. It was definitely a process, but they both stayed committed and got it done. Overall, a solid experience and I would recommend working with them.
